A steady decrease right up to 3.80 GHZ. For some reason the decline tends to become much less drastic after that. The sweet spot is still 3.0 GHZ.

Beyond 3.80 GHZ the efficiency drop drastically. The sweet spot is still 3.0 GHZ.
