The uncore divider and frequency have no effect on the FPS. Going from 1450 to 1806 MHZ yields a 9% boost with Trifire at 2560 X 1600. At 1920 X 1200 and dual Crossfire mode card tightening the timings from 10-10-10-18 to 7-7-7-18 results in a 5.5% boost.
